This Cancellation Policy applies to recurring / monthly donation subscriptions and any pledges or commitments made through mindwellness.in. We understand that circumstances change, and we have designed this Policy to be as straightforward and donor-friendly as possible.

One-Time Donations
One-time donations, once successfully processed through our payment gateway (Razorpay), cannot be cancelled. If you believe your one-time donation was made in error or a duplicate charge has occurred, please refer to our Refund Policy or write to us at donate@mindwellness.in within 7 days of the transaction.

Recurring / Monthly Donations
a) Your Right to Cancel
If you have set up a recurring monthly donation through mindwellness.in, you may cancel your subscription at any time. There is no minimum commitment period, and no cancellation fee will be charged.
b) How to Cancel
To cancel a recurring donation, please email us at donate@mindwellness.in with the subject line “Cancel Recurring Donation”.
Include your full name & registered email address
Provide your phone number
Include your Razorpay subscription ID (if available)
We will process your cancellation request within 3 working days and send you a confirmation by email.
c) Effective Date of Cancellation
Cancellation takes effect from the date your request is confirmed by the Trust. Any recurring donation already processed or scheduled within the same billing cycle at the time of your cancellation request may still be charged.
d) Amounts Already Processed
Recurring donation instalments that have already been successfully debited prior to cancellation are subject to our Refund Policy. They are generally non-refundable unless there is a technical error.

Bank Transfers (NEFT / RTGS)
Donations made via direct bank transfer — NEFT or RTGS — cannot be cancelled once the transfer instruction has been initiated by your bank. If you have initiated a transfer in error, please contact us immediately.

Cancellation of Pledge or Commitment
If you have made a non-binding pledge or expression of intent to donate (e.g., through a CSR commitment form), you may withdraw that pledge at any time before the funds are transferred, without any obligation. Please inform us so we can update our records.

Impact on 80G Tax Receipts
If a tax exemption receipt under Section 80G has already been issued for a donation that is subsequently cancelled and refunded, the receipt must be considered void.

How We Confirm Cancellations
Send a confirmation email to your registered address
Ensure no further debits are made under the cancelled subscription
Update our donor records accordingly
