Refund Policy

Mind Wellness Trust follows a no-refund policy for donations made through our website, as donations are voluntary contributions made for charitable purposes.

However, refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional circumstances:

● Duplicate payment due to a technical error

● Incorrect amount charged due to a system malfunction

In such cases, a refund request must be raised within 7 days of the transaction by emailing us with:

● Transaction ID

● Date of donation

● Amount donated

● Reason for refund request

Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days and credited back to the original mode of payment used during the transaction. Processing timelines may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.
